We begin with the vision that initially inspired us...
The Metaverse
As of today, Soundsofthings is a Metaverse for audio content; its applications and portals create
a level of audio-augmented reality through short content that are predominantly sound-based.
The company, besides positioning itself as a place for socialization through a new vocabulary
based on sound, also allows for the creation of Audio Identity, Audio Logo, and Audio Branding,
proposing a model of audio product placement suitable not only for content such as Podcasts and
Audiobooks but also for any other multimedia content.
Soundsofthings expresses itself through available technologies, but from the very beginning, we
have thought of a distributed platform that transcends transient mobile applications or a digital
world separated from the physical world; Soundsofthings will adapt to the world and technology,
taking the most appropriate form at the right time.
The Universal Language
In pursuing the goal of creating a universal language based on sound, it is crucial to make the
following clarification: there is an evident aspect of Soundsofthings characterized by audio
content, the Metaverse, portals, and the business model, and there is another aspect that is less
explicit, more conceptual, which concerns sound and the frequencies that constitute it; it is
undoubtedly true that we and the universe are made up of energy, and everything relates through
frequencies and vibrations. Frequencies and vibrations interact with matter, modifying its form,
sometimes in harmonious and ordered manifestations; they can determine a threat to life
(exposure to radio frequencies in certain conditions is an example) or represent a cure (an
example is the effect of low-frequency sound stimulation for specific pathologies). In the
continuous investigation of what can define a universal language, we have recently realized that
it makes sense to refer more to frequencies and vibrations than to the sound that they constitute.
Thus, while maintaining and confirming all the values that concern Soundsofthings from its
foundation, we set ourselves the further goal of spreading good frequencies in the world,
investigating their nature and origin, and then proceeding with the implementation of functions
available to everyone in our technological applications.
The Good Frequencies
Although the definition of good frequencies may appear generic, at present, we can say that the
main objective of our investigation and future applications is to transcend verbal languages and
cultures, to define and spread a language that, on the one hand, transmits and elicits what we
currently identify as feelings and sensations of well-being, calm, and love, and on the other,
stimulates the connection with our spirit and soul, if our path allows us to grasp its meaning
entirely. The solfeggio frequencies have aroused great interest in us, supported by a centuries-old
tradition whose practice has been lost over time; our research will not be limited to the solfeggio
frequencies or, in general, to the frequencies of the audible spectrum, although our most evident
application is the generation of audio content called Sound Emotion.
It is with the intent to extract the sounds of the world from every element that constitutes it that
Soundsofthings was born, which today manifests itself through the audio social Metaverse,
where posts are made up of sounds, frequencies, and vibrations but in the future may take the
form most suitable for the evolution of humans, life forms, and the world. Soundsofthings has
also set the goal of investing directly in research activities to deepen the theme of the interaction
of frequencies with life forms, not limited to the audible spectrum.
The Global Village and the End of Capital and Consumption
Soundsofthings, since its foundation, draws inspiration from and adheres to the theories of
Marshall McLuhan and therefore expresses itself in the global village. The Canadian
sociologist's vision, already in the 1960s, before the internet and imagining a progression of the
electric Medium, envisions a near future where society will take the form of a large village
where automation, harmonization of roles in opposition to sequentiality, sharing, knowledge,
learning, teaching, and verbal and audio communication will be the founding pillars. The future
village, which is already taking shape in the present, will be enriched by technological
advancements. Production will be fully automated, material recycling will be at the base of
production, and the drive for consumption will end. The idea of a society with full availability
and reuse of materials and derivative products in balance with the ecosystem will determine the
end of consumption, personal gain, and individual and collective economic growth. Balance,
harmony, knowledge, and collaboration in opposition to growth, professional training, and
competition will be at the center of the world's economic model that we imagine and thus of
Soundsofthings in its evolutions.
The foundation of the company and its evolution
For contextual reasons, the foundation of Soundsofthings was carried out through a capital
company, which is why each partner holds a share of the stock that corresponds to a value.
Similar reasoning can be applied to Soundsofthings' future token availability. The value of the
shares and tokens will be subject to variations depending on the success of the company, and this
value could represent significant value. While the current founders and administrators can
determine the use and destination of profits, they cannot decide on the use and destination of the
wealth resulting from the shares or tokens held by individual present or future shareholders. At
the current date, each shareholder agrees on this document's content, and each is left free to act
without judgment. It is true that, regardless of declarations, each of us will be represented by our
actions.
We must think of and apply a model of an open and fully participated organizational structure
must be designed, which was initially designed through the Soundsofthings Token project. It will
be the goal of sharing and participation that we will try to achieve in the creation of our
economy, starting from the redistribution of profits already in place.
The fundamental values
At Soundsofthings, we strive to refer to fundamental values and not their derivations. We do not
speak of discrimination, diversity, human and women's rights, equal opportunities, or the
repudiation of war, but instead, we refer to love and mutual respect. In its most general sense,
love can be expressed in taking care of oneself, taking care of others as we take care of
ourselves, not causing sadness or suffering, having at heart one's own and others' happiness,
being a positive inspiration for the young and supportive for the elderly, preserving and
transmitting knowledge, pursuing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, preserving the
environment where we find ourselves, and every other form of life in a context of balance. All
this must be carried out actively and defended from opposing forces.
In the intention of pursuing a balance with the environment where we live, we will not refer to
policies to counter global warming or similar contemporary nomenclatures; still, we will refer
instead to the more general principle of respect for forms of life and the environment in which
we will strive to be integrated with balance.
Moral constitutive agreement
We see this document more as a constitutive moral agreement, exempt from specific rules
because it is based on general concepts that everything can be traced back to if in good faith. The
reason for the open source is that this document represents only a first version, whose future
evolution will be determined by the contribution of all those who will share the Soundsofthings
path as users, customers, workers, collaborators, suppliers, partners, investors, or consultants.
What we propose to the users of our applications who join Soundsofthings and those who will
collaborate with us does not follow momentary and contemporary trends but adopts absolute
values that endure over time. Every subject or individual who becomes part of Soundsofthings in
any capacity will be invited to respect what is reported in this document in every activity that can
be attributed to Soundsofthings.
The creation resonates
On the brink of a change that we perceive to be unique in the history of humanity, we felt the
need to indicate a path, represent a reference, and be ourselves the reference of what will come
after the metamorphosis of society as we know it; in what many perceive to be a destructive
moment in history, in the growing noise, we felt the creation of the new resonating, so we built a
means to cross the present time, and we called it Soundsofthings.
